Application of savings in a project

Owing to the post-tender savings, with the permission of the National Fund of Environment Protection and Water Management that act for the Environment Minister who function as an Operator of the Program PL04 “ Saving the energy and promoting the renewable sources of energy” there were made additional investment work in the school buildings that were encompassed with the Project. The task “The thermal efficiency improvement of the county organisations units of Iława county” is carried out under the agreement No.  209/2015/Wn14/OA-xn-04/D from the resources  of financial mechanism of EOG 2009-2014.

Under the “additional” works in the building of “Zespół Szkół im. Konstytucji 3 Maja” – school in Iława was modernised the in-building installations and central-heating systems, where 170 heaters with the pipelines were changed. There were also an old, steel outside-door exchanged into an aluminium door.
In the building of  „Zespół Szkół im. Ireny Kosmowskiej” - school in Susz there was modernised the engine-room by exchanging the old heating-boiler into an eco-friendly, biomass boiler with a power of 220 kW. To this end, garages belong to that school-building were adjust to storage facilities for pellet with a filling tray.
The contractor of additional buildings works in the project was the trading and service company Maciej Kasperkiewicz (Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo-Handlowe Maciej Kasperkiewicz, ul. Cmentarna 2, 87-300 Brodnica),  in Cmentarna Street 2 in 87-300 Brodnica. The aggregate value of the works carried out was 378 996,53 zloty (PLN). The company “mgr inż. Kamil Piotr Gąska „KAM-pro” Pracownia Inżynierii Środowiska” shall the investor supervise of the right course of work.
The execution of the additional investment work in the school-buildings will contribute towards the improving energy efficiency inside of them. This will reduce the carbon dioxide emissions and improve the production of renewable sources energy. What’s the most important, the thermal comfort of the pupils during the lessons will also improve.
In December 2016  there applied a point of order for diversify of the co-funding project under the procedure indicated in Art. 6.9 the regulation on the implementation of financial mechanism of EOG for the years 2009-2014 PL04, the result: energy efficiency. On February, 24-th we become an approval of the diversify of the project, so presently we will implement in the building of district authority office (Starostwo Powiatowe w Iławie) pro-ecological arrangements. The scope of work in the building of district authority office (Starostwo Powiatowe w Iławie) will include the modernisation of  the central-heating systems (by changing the heaters with the assembly of thermo-valves, new plumb lines and heater branches) and an assembly of photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 39,90 kWp (kW peak) on the roof of the building.
